Message from our Flotila Commander Welcome to Flotilla 13-07 website. We are located and serving in the Medford, NJ area since 1968 (over 42 years). The U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is a civilian volunteer group of non-military citizens, which was authorized by an act of Congress on June 23, 1939 and was named Coast Guard Reserve. Then two years later, it was re-designated the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary on February 19, 1941. Our primary mission is to support U. S. Coast Guard in protecting our national waterways and to make recreational boating safer for the public. Flotilla 13-07 currently has 18 well trained and experienced members. Join Us - If you desire to have fun and want to enhance your boating skills and knowledge, seamanship experience, or assist the U.S. Coast Guard in their missions, you should consider joining the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 13-07. (Minimum requirements: you must be 17 years old or older of U. S. citizen and must be able to pass the background check.) Flotilla 13-07 meeting is every fourth Thursday of the month from 19:00 to 21:00 at the Diamond Restaurant on Route 38, Hainesport, NJ. We are looking forward to meet you there. Tony Y.
